3. Home work

• Revise lessons அ to ஒள and their words. Also learn whether they are long (நெடில்) or short (குறில்) sound.

• Write the உயிர் எழுத்துகள்(vowels), அ – ஔ in order once.

• Learn the song- “பிறந்த நாள் உன் பிறந்த நாள்”. Memorize the song and it will be asked in a weekly review. Video: Theme-Jing Session-1 Segment-2. Song is also present at the front of the syllabus.

• Note: Kids can substitute their name/favorite name instead of Jing in the song.

• Do பயிற்சி-7 in Exercise Book.

• Do page 12 in Handwriting Book.

• Conversation: See the Video- Theme-Jing Session-1 Segment-3

• Draw a picture of you and say one fact about you in Tamil.

• Do the conversation, activity and submit the video to the teacher before the next week's class.

• Students learn a new Tamil word and its meaning for any one of the vowels அ to ஔ other than the book to tell in class.

• Prepare for Project 2 - எண்கள் (Numbers) - Due on week-10.

• CTP is planning to publish Deepavali malar (magazine) for this year. Kids' talents like drawings, paintings, poems, story writing, essay writing, story telling, rhymes, singing, dancing can be included in it. Please encourage kids to showcase their talents. Last date to submit: Oct 24, 2024.

• Please go through the revision worksheet of your kids every week that they are doing in school. Marks will be given every week for these revision worksheets.
